Where do you deliver?
Our launch market is the United Kingdom. Product-specific availability and delivery charges are shown before checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery estimates depend on the product and fulfilment partner and will be shown on the product page or at checkout where available. Unless a different delivery period is agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days.
Can my order arrive in more than one parcel?
Yes. Some items are fulfilled by different suppliers, so a single order may arrive in separate parcels.
Can I cancel an online order?
For most eligible goods bought online, UK consumers may tell us they wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. You then normally have a further 14 days to return them, subject to legal exceptions.
What if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described?
Contact us promptly with your order details and, where useful, photographs. Your statutory rights are not affected by our store policies.
