Returns & Refunds
For most eligible online purchases, you may notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you wish to cancel, without giving a reason. You then normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
To start a return, email wadih.guide@gmail.com with your order number. Do not send goods to our registered office unless we instruct you to do so. We will provide the correct return instructions and return address.
For change-of-mind returns, you are normally responsible for direct return postage unless we state otherwise. We may reduce a refund if handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the goods has reduced their value.
Where a cancellation right applies, refunds will be made within the period required by UK law after returned goods are received or valid evidence of return is provided. Where required, the least expensive standard outbound delivery cost will also be refunded.
Some goods can be exempt from change-of-mind cancellation rights, including certain personalised, perishable or sealed hygiene-sensitive items once unsealed.
Faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods remain covered by your statutory rights.
