Orders

When you submit an order you make an offer to buy the selected goods. A contract is formed when we accept your order. We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock unavailability or delivery restrictions. If payment has been taken for an order we do not accept, we will refund it.

Products and third-party fulfilment

We may use third-party suppliers and fulfilment partners to store, pack and ship goods directly to you. SOGNA LTD remains the retailer responsible for the customer contract.

Prices and payment

Prices and available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Any delivery charges will be shown before you place the order.

Delivery

Delivery arrangements are described in our Shipping Policy. Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days.

Cancellations, returns and faults

Your rights are explained in our Returns & Refunds page. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.
